		Crewsoft Document Manager The Crewsoft Document Manager is a powerful program that allows you to store all related crew documents like certificates, licenses, endorsements, passport, visa etc. The program also capable of storing image of documents and user can retrieve them anytime. Some of its features are Crew Documentation and Crew Search All crew documentation information can be saved and retrieved by clicking each tab. The general tab includes both personal and employment information. There is no limit on employee records so Crewsoft Document Manager can handle thousands of crew members and their documents efficiently. Crew search includes various parameters to be used in search function. Advanced search includes much more parameters. This gives user to make more specific search to find the most suitable crew for current situation. User Definable Flexible Options All combo or list boxes are fed from user definable options. All options can be accessed through main toolbar and as soon as user changes any option, related combo or list box is updated automatically. Advanced Search of Crew Advanced search function generates suggestions of suitably skilled and available crew for each position by supplying various parameters to be used in search operation. This flexibility of the system provides assistance to minimize the impact of last minute schedule changes whilst optimizing resource utilization levels. This feature is only available in full version of Crewsoft Document Manager. Export to Excel Crewsoft Document Manager has a functionality to export all crew list to Excel with proper column headings. The list is prepared according to search results. This feature is only available in full version of Crewsoft Document Manager. Reports Crewsoft Document Manager consists of 25 reports. Each report can be run with the combination of 3 different parameters. So each report can be run in 6 different combination then user has (25x6) 150 different variety of reports. All reports can be exported to MS Excel, Word, ASCII file or other common platforms quite easily. Some of reports contain couple of graphics and some statistical analysis especially on expiries, age or nationality analysis of crew. This feature is only available in full version of Crewsoft Document Manager. CV & Biodata Crewsoft CV & Biodata templates are fully customizable word documents.You can place your logo into template. Crewsoft Document Manager automatically creates CV and Biodata form. These documents then can be printed or edited or sended as an e-mail. This Biodata feature is only available in full version of Crewsoft Document Manager. Print Preview & Printing Crewsoft Document Manager has the functionality of printing and print preview of lists in current form. The printing function creates list with proper column headings.
